This is a global comment. This kind of wording is confusing:

" If you want to override the image for all WebWorks Help targets, create the Formats\WebWorks Help 5.0\Pages\images folder in your projectname folder, where projectname is the name of your ePublisher project.

4. If you want to override the image for one WebWorks Help target, create the Targets\WebWorks Help 5.0\Pages\images folder in your projectname folder, where projectname is the name of your ePublisher project. "

When you say "Target", I think of Target Settings, which implies output format. Anytime you use the word "target", it needs to be a glossary term. I always have to guess when I read instrux with that language in it. In fact, I'm still not sure what you mean here. If it's true, you might say "deploy targets" to make it more clear.

Either that or link to examples where you show how to do this.
