Checklist: Installing ePublisher Components

Use the following checklist to help you install ePublisher components.

  1. Verify your computer meets system requirements. For more information, see “Requirements” on page 13.

  1. Download the ePublisher components you want to install. For more information, see “Downloading ePublisher Installation Kits” on page 21.

  1. Ensure you have a WebWorks Contract ID obtained from WebWorks staff. For more information, see “Obtaining Contract IDs” on page 28.

  1. Verify that the Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework is installed on each computer where you will install ePublisher components. For more information, see “Downloading and Installing the Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework” on page 22.

  1. Enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer on each computer where you will install ePublisher components. For more information, see “Enabling JavaScript” on page 22.

  1. If you have installed previous versions of ePublisher components on your 'computer, uninstall all previous ePublisher versions. For more information, see “Uninstalling ePublisher” on page 35.
